We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply and the original packaging is required for all returns.
Do Velotric e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our e-bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery to ensure your peace of mind.
Are the e-bikes difficult to assemble?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide that allows most riders to complete assembly in under 30 minutes.
