Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Bike
Carefully disassemble and pack your Velotric e-bike in its original factory box, ensuring all components and accessories are securely included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
